  If I could give a minus score it would be a more accurate rating for the 'service' provided at Oldmac Toyota. I've been a Toyota driver for nearly 30 years and was thinking of upgrading my vehicle but no way known would I ever buy a car or have it serviced here. When I picked up my car from supposedly having new fan belts fitted on their advice (!) the noise coming from the fan was unbelievable. As soon as started to drive away I knew there was a problem and drove straight back. The nasty piece of work who basically told me 'your problem, we did what you booked in for' was so condescending I was biting my lip not to retort. There is no way they could have moved my car from the bays out to the pickup area without immediately identifying a major problem. I had just paid to have fixed what obviously didn't need fixing and was driving away with bigger problems that I drove there with. Thank God I found Future Auto who are the polar opposite in courtesy, service, honesty and car.

  no thanks. Loan is in my name not his and my stuff is perfect. Stupid, the business manager doesn't make sense and very unprofessional dealing as well.

  Dealership says will all be fine, after 2 minutes rings says not approved (on a saturday) and we need to go with the option THEY want. Also adds its pre-approved. Gave them all supporting documents. Quote "All we need from spouse is tax return assesment". Issued that. Then wanted full Tax Assesment (10 pages +). Issued that. Still not enough???
